Are you deciding or sliding in 2021?

Some background and further information on our upcoming workshop featured in Hunter Headline.

I found some old notes written between 10-15 years ago.

They were ‘intention’ notes, and they were bold.

What was dazzling was that everything on the notes had come true!

The power of intention.

All our behaviour is preceded by an intention, it is just that most of the time we are not aware of what the intention is.

Stopping, refreshing and reflecting on the big stuff is something that is powerful in terms of where our life is heading.

Are we deciding or sliding?

Does daily life, habits, frustrations and busyness become the main content of our lives, or can we lift ourselves above that?

I don’t know! But I do know that big changes can start with reflections and intentions as well as connecting with something within us that is ready to be born. Something that is larger than getting lost in the missing socks and what is for dinner.

Being a responsible midwife for our life requires a pause. I suggest we reflect on 2020, what would we like to see more of, less of, what would we like to shift, to drop, to invite in.

Hence we are offering a workshop to help you make this happen. It will be fun, it will be creative and interactive, so join us!
