Mindful Eating Summit

Have you ever looked forward to a treat and then before you know it, it is gone, you missed it!   You ate the entire coveted treat and hardly tasted it at all!  If this sounds familiar, you were eating mindlessly.  I know, because I’ve been there too.

What if you can learn to be present to the rich, delicious experience of eating without negative associations, or impact on your health?  By changing your mindless eating tendencies, you can stop overeating, transform your relationship with food and learn to be guided by the inner wisdom already present inside your body.

Mindfulness and eating mindfully has changed my life.  When my friend Emma Frowine invited me to be a part of her online show around this topic, I was thrilled to participate!  Along with 20 other experts in heath and wellness, we’re going to show you how to change your mindless eating tendencies!
