About the speaker:
Charlotte Thaarup Director – The Mindfulness Clinic
Charlotte is one of the pioneers of Mindfulness within Australia, having trained hundreds of psychologists in Mindfulness, many businesses, as well as individuals from all walks of life. Her ‘Mindfulness@Work’ program, and her ‘Mindful Leadership program’ are some of the first corporate mindfulness programs within Australia. Both programs are evaluated and researched on an ongoing basis and the effects of the Mindful Leadership program has been researched in partnership with Macquarie University.
For the past ten years she has been facilitating Mindfulness as retreats, workshops and coaching in Australia and internationally and is a key note speaker on Mindfulness, Mindful Leadership, Difficult Relationships, Diversity, Women in Leadership and Imposter Syndrome. She is also a casual academic offering Mindful Leadership within Executive-MBAs.
