The Blueys mindfulness retreat is the best gift I have ever given to myself. The benefits and insights I have gained from the experience are still present in my every day life, several months after the retreat. Charlotte’s wisdom and guidance throughout was truly wonderful. Both individuals and the group were supported to ensure we gained the most benefit from the sessions. And the location is superb for such a nurturing experience. –Louise Mann

I had the pleasure of attending Charlotte Tharrup’s mindfulness retreat at Blueys Beach, and I must say it was a truly transformative experience.
Charlotte is not only a knowledgeable and skilled mindfulness coach, but she also has a unique ability to create a safe and nurturing environment for her participants.
Throughout the retreat, Charlotte guided us through various mindfulness practices, teaching us the importance of incorporating mindfulness into our daily lives. Her gentle and compassionate approach allowed us to explore our own thoughts and emotions, and to develop a deeper understanding of ourselves.
I was particularly impressed by Charlotte’s ability to tailor her teachings to the needs of each individual. She took the time to listen to our concerns and challenges, and provided personalised guidance and support.
Her insights and practical techniques have had a lasting impact on my overall well-being, and I am grateful for the tools she has given me to navigate life’s ups and downs with greater ease and mindfulness.
I highly recommend both Charlotte Tharrup as a mindfulness coach and the wonderful Blueys Beach retreat. Together, they create a truly remarkable and life-changing experience that I am grateful to have been a part of ! THANK YOU 🙏🏼 –Susan Chevis
