Conversations@Work: Finding out how we can self sabotage our best intentions

One-day workshop with Mindfulness Coach Charlotte Thaarup investing in communication techniques so that you never experience challenging conversations the same way again.

Think of a conversation you’ve been putting off. You know it has to be had, but you are delaying while you find the courage and the right time. However, the opportunity for a courageous conversation especially in the workplace often comes up without an invitation or time to plan. Charlotte provides the  step-by-step process for preparing yourself, for starting the conversation and for the conversation itself. She also helps us identify what keeps us from having the difficult conversation, techniques to overcome those challenges and how we can self-sabotage!.  Charlotte takes us through Positive Intelligence’s Saboteur Assessment.

Saboteurs start off as our guardians to help us survive the real and imagined threats to our physical and emotional survival as children. By the time we are adults, we no longer need them, but they have become invisible inhabitants of our mind.  Our Saboteurs’ patterns of thinking, feeling, and reacting become soft-coded in our brain through neural pathways.
