“I’ve been trying to run a business through COVID, plus home school the kids for weeks – and be supportive of my husband who is working and worrying about being exposed to the virus – I’m exhausted! I can’t wait to take some time out and refocus and reframe my thoughts to be happy about the Christmas holidays!” Belinda, attendee

Winmark Wines & Karin Adcock
Spanning 130 exquisite acres in the heart of the Hunter Valley, Winmark is not just a premium wine producer, it’s a destination designed to connect guests with architecture, art and nature. The vineyards were established long ago under the renowned Pooles Rock label. Allowed to deteriorate over a number of years, the property was bought in 2016 by Karin Adcock who has re-established the award-winning vineyard.
Karin has fully renovated Winmark’s existing accommodation with an artful eye, transforming it into one of the area’s premier destinations. Each of the guesthouses showcases their own unique character and hold furnishings and artworks sourced from around the globe, and all make the most of the breathtaking mountain and vineyard views.
The grounds are a wonderland of their own; sculptures, overflowing rose garden, dams and natural landmarks of historical significance dot the landscape. Set against the beauty of Yellow Rock state forest, this is a place to completely unwind and truly connect with nature.
