Mindfulness@Work integrates the latest in neuroscience with the ancient practice of mindfulness as well as Charlotte Thaarup’s many years of experience working with mindfulness. It is an experiential program that takes you on a journey of discovery about yourself, and what you can do differently in the workplace (and at home) to stay less stressed and less overwhelmed while being clearer and kinder to yourself and others.
Mindfulness@Work offers a new way to see life, your thoughts, your feelings and your body.
Mindfulness@Work is delivered through workshops, coaching, retreats and online. The online package is comprised of eight videos (plus an intro video), a manual, 10 mindfulness practice audios, plus daily mindfulness email reminders and a Facebook group.
