Mindful Mornings returns in September

We had so much lovely feedback for our Mindful Mornings sessions when we ran them last year, I am very excited to bring them back again this month!

From Monday September 5 – Friday September 9 we are meeting together for some free live group mindfulness sessions on Zoom.

We’ll create a mini-retreat for you at home, 15 minutes of mindfulness training each day in a small group to help reduce stress and feel much better.

Each daily session will begin at 8:45 am Sydney time.

You can do one session or all of them, up to you. All you need to do is sign up and we will send you the Zoom link each morning and the recording in the afternoon in case you can’t be there live with us.
