I’m excited to let you know, we have decided to run more Mindful Mornings online sessions over the coming weeks!
At 8:45am each Tuesday and Friday starting September 24, I will host a guided group mindfulness practice over Zoom.
Like the previous sessions, these will be around 15 minutes long and are designed to provide you with simple steps to help calm and soothe the body and help you handle whatever happens in your day.
I hope that in these times of lockdowns and added daily stress, you find these extra sessions helpful!
If you can’t attend live, don’t worry – we will email you the session recordings so you have them ready when you need them.
