A look back at “Understanding Mindfulness”

I recently rediscovered a video we made 13 years ago for the Create Kindness channel on YouTube, it is so interesting to watch again!

Mindfulness is an ancient practice now backed by science, which offers a pathway to a calmer, more joyful life by transforming your reactive mind state into a more proactive and focused mind state.

People often ask what mindfulness has done for me. I can honestly answer that it has changed my life experience. From the outside, not much has changed but inside I’m so much calmer, kinder, and less stressed.
