    Sometimes it is useful reminding ourselves of definitions, here is one for mindfulenss that I am using more and more: Mindfulness is the practice of being present to what arises as thoughts, body sensations, feelings and in the environment around us. Out of this comes the ability to welcome healthy/responsive states while muting and letting go of unhealthy/reactive states.

    Not lower than 26 degrees. Yesterday we read that we are likely to have a blackout during this heat wave. I am told that for every one degree that we cool or heat, 10% more electricity is used. What if we follow China's lead and don't cool to more than 26 degrees? Imagine if every shopping centre, bank, corporate office, home for the next days was only cooled to 26 degrees, then potentially there would be no blackout. Please share. ... See MoreSee Less
