Sometimes it is useful reminding ourselves of definitions, here is one for mindfulenss that I am using more and more: Mindfulness is the practice of being present to what arises as thoughts, body sensations, feelings and in the environment around us. Not lower than 26 degrees. Yesterday we read that we are likely to have a blackout during this heat wave. I am told that for every one degree that we cool or heat, 10% more electricity is used. What if we follow China's lead and don't cool to more than 26 degrees?
